Bedtime with Vegetables – Book “Goodnight Veggies”

Today we’re having a wind-down time or bedtime together.🌛📚

This is actually a short activity so I would say it’s more for the time when you are actually get into your bed. 

I tried a long night time routine before but I don’t do it anymore because it took too much of my time. I decided to spend more time on sleeping.

Everybody’s night looks different and each one’s physical condition will be different, too. So you have to find a routine that works well for you. 

But the lesson that I’m giving you today is a simple one and I think you can add it to your night with ease if you want it.
