Make A Fairy Lantern
Materials
- Plastic clear jar
- Liquid glue
- Glitters
- Big Sponge or brush (for glue)
- Cut out image
- Fairy lights / Battery-operated tealight
- Decorative materials
How To
Prepare a clean, plastic clear jar.
Glue your cut out image on the outside of the jar.
Mix some glitters in the liquid glue.
(If you want to add colour to your lantern, you can add some paint to your glue.)
Cover the bigger area with the image with glittered glue again.
You can glue decorative materials on the jar.
Dry it.
Add fairy lights or battery-operated tealight inside the jar.
If a fairy comes and says “tell me anything you want. I’ll make it happen for you tonight”, what would you say?
The fairy lantern would be a reminder for your child that we can imagine anything and our imaginations is limitless.
