Peaceful and Mindful Valentine’s Day

January is gone and it’s February!

I like February because it has Valentine’s Day!

But Valentine’s Day is not a statutory holiday and it’s often hard to celebrate because it falls on weekday mostly. It’s on Wednesday in 2024. Well, I wish I can have enough time and space to have a romantic date or dinner on February 14 someday. But for now, I’m …… too busy, should I say? It’s more like my mind is too busy. You know what I mean, huh? And I guess it’s similar for many people.

So I wanted to just share my plan for my Valentine’s Day this year and some easy ideas to enjoy Valentine’s Day at home.

  • Making pink play-dough with your little one and having a creative time
  • Sprinkling pink chocolate chips on top of the cookies
  • Game with big and small hearts
  • Preparing Valentine’s Day breakfast together

In addition to those, I throw many small ideas in the podcast episode. 😊

Play now and think about how you want to have your Valentine’s Day this year. Oh! Of course, my ideas are all peaceful and mindful ones!😌💗
