Over the weekend, I went camping with my family. It was my first camping since I became an adult I believe (🙄), haha. The highways were really busy and I could see many cars carrying a canoe or paddle board. 

Do you like camping? Although I assured myself of my disliking of sleeping outdoors, being able to see the stars in the dark night and to enjoy the nature in the very early morning were definitely so lovely and amazing. 

I recommend going on camping with your little one when you have time!

Haha, I didn’t think that I would say this! 😂 The reason why I recommend camping with little ones is that you can have calm moments and mindful times at camping.

Children these days are almost always surrounded by excessive stimulations; Unless you are a consciously mindful person and consciously give your child a time to be quiet or calm. 

But when they go on camping, they are just surrounded by nature and get to look around and find interesting things in nature by themselves. Finding interesting things for oneself is a skill, at least for children. Have you heard of that children can be creative when they are bored? Boredom can bring out mindfulness and creativity. 

Camping is a great opportunity to give your child to practice mindfulness and here are my play resources for you!
