I assume you try to encourage your child to develop independence at home. Am I right……?
I believe independence is a very important trait that we want to have to live a successful life. That’s why I’m so passionate about teaching children to be independent at my school and in my teaching at Everyday Funday.
In this week’s blog post/podcast episode, I wanted to be a little more specific and give you specific things to do at home with your child.
I walk you through a 2 years old girl, Lola’s typical day. (Lola is an imaginary girl here.😜)
Lola goes to a nursery school three times a week. For the rest of the week, she stays at home with mom.
Listen to the episode and find out how I would use everyday tasks in an ordinary day to develop Lola’s independence.

Happy learning and quality time!
