When You Need Hope – Guided Mindful Moment with Book “The Butterfly who Flew in the Rain”

We are using this book this week, to put a hope back into our mind.

Alright, you may be in a good period of time now, then you can come back to this post later when you need it.(😉) But I was feeling a little hopeless from a few days ago. So when I found this story, I fell into it deeply. 

It’s categorized as a juvenile fiction on Google but I think it can be a book for everybody in all different age groups. 

If you focus on the facts in the story, there are nothing special. It’s about the butterfly cycle and the common lesson of perseverance from the cycle process. 

But it is wonderful for me (and you!) because it leads us through that process with kind words and beautiful feelings.
